Feijó Lopes Advogados is the 1st Brazilian and Latin America law firm to endorse the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD).
The firm joins 27 other large Brazilian organizations that have already adhered to TCFD recommendations, such as Bradesco, Itaú, BTG Pactual, Petrobras, Natura and Vale, and another 1,500 globally, which add up to more than US$ 40 trillion in market cap.
In endorsing the recommendations, Feijó Lopes Advogados will seek to encourage the adoption by Brazilian companies of TCFD metrics, which have become, in the short term, a condition for access and fundraising in the international Green Bonds and Green Finance market.
