His experience includes legal assistance to Brazilian and foreign traditional and technology-based companies, fund managers, investors, and financial institutions, in businesses exceeding US$ 15 billion.

Career:

Lúcio Feijó Lopes is the founding partner of Feijó Lopes Advogados. He worked as foreign associate with Shearman & Sterling LLP, New York and São Paulo offices, in the areas of Project Development & Finance and Capital Markets. He is Board Member of Association of Trade and Forfaiting in the Americas (ATFA). He is lecturer and panelist in major international conferences in areas of finance, banking, investments in Brazil, and trade, and is invited professor in post-grad courses in Brazil and United States. He had articles on Investment Funds published in the books “Business Transactions with Brazil”, Ed. Juris Publishing (2008) and “O Novo Direito Imobiliário e Registral”, ed. Quartier Latin, 2007, and opinion articles and interviews published in the main Brazilian and international newspapers and magazines.
