His expertise includes legal advise to several economy sectors (agro-business, industrial, banking, services and technologies), working in a preventive and pro-active way, close to internal departments in order to create synergy and background through risk mapping, answering daily questions, delivering legal opinion, auditing, training sessions and negotiations (individual and collective).
Diogo Junqueira was a partner for more than 10 years in a medium-sized full-service law firm, with nationwide scope, overseeing the labor and employment department. He left the firm in order to join Uber do Brasil legal department, and soon he became the Head of Labor and Employment team, managing consulting and litigation claims in Brazil. In mid-2019, he founded his own law firm, and, one year later, he joined Feijó Lopes law firm to run the employment team.
