He advises clientes in the structuring of their businesses, assisting in the best tax practices and compliance, including memorandums and legal opinions. He defends clients interests in tax litigation with focus on administrative and judicial superior courts.
Maurício is a senior partner, head of the tax area at Feijó Lopes Advogados.
In tech area, he is Mentor at Founder Institute and the Acceleration Program for Startups at PUCRS. He is also Member of the Legal Intelligence Council of Assespro-RS.
He coordinates the Post-Gratuation Porgram in Tax Law and Tax Management of the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (Unisinos), and lecturers Tax Law.
He is a member of the Institute of Tax Studies (IET) and of the Fundação Escola Superior de Estudos Tributários (FESDT).
